I am a very experienced and certified Notary Signing Agent serving in Northern Virginia. My signings are conducted in the most professional and ethical manner. I am very attentive to first-time needs and patient and empathic with buyers that are buying "up", downsizing or settling estate matters. I am a real estate transaction manager where I manage deadlines, systems, and document processes that consistently lead to successful ownership transfer. I am meticulous about compliance and making things as easy for the buyers as possible. While I am in Northern Virginia and prefer to meet buyers and agents in an office, I will meet in other venues, including public places and residences. I always defer to the buyer's choice.
