I have closed for many different lenders including PennyMac, Loan Depot, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo just to name a few. I am also RON certified, which gives me the flexibility to handle closings for any state. I take pride in having error free transactions and getting things done properly the first time. I understand that once at the closing table, I not only represent myself, but also the lender and title company.
