I first obtained my notary commission in 2006, and have been working in the mortgage closing field since about 10 years. I have closed well over 1000 cases.
I will travel up to 2 hours each way.
I am also commissioned in Iowa.
I do have my MN state required MN Closing License to conduct closings.
My pay does does start at $150 on packages and goes up based on mileage driven.
