I have had extensive training with loan documents including HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, FHA & VA Loans. Attention to detail is my first priority. Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and PCOR are triple checked to ensure accuracy. Open communication between all parties involved is key to a mistake free signing, and in the case an error is made I will fix right away. I know how important urgency is through this process. My aim is to return documents fast and on time. I am based out of Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
