I am a Maryland Notary, certified loan signing agent, and Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC).  I conduct loan signings in southern Maryland area counties.  I have had extensive training in executing signings properly.  I am organized and work well under pressure.  I am reliable and dependable. My flexible schedule can accommodate last minute assignments.  I have excellent time management skills.

During signings, I meticulously review documents to ensure signatures, dates and notarizations are complete.  On the rare occasion an error occurs, I will fix it immediately.  In addition, you and the borrower will have communication from me throughout the process from the time of acceptance of the signing, to arrival at the borrower’s home upon completion of the signing through to drop off at FedEx for return to you.  My goal is to provide an excellent signing experience for your borrower and delivering accurately completed documents to you.
