I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 20+ years. I did some transcription work from home for a little extra money and to feel like I am contributing a little to our income. The work from that slowed way down and I needed to find something else that would let me still work from home and bring in a little income for my own peace of mind. My husband of 20 years works and has a decent job but I need to be able to help out, even if just for the extras.

Both of my 'babies' (20 yo son and 18 yo daughter) have graduated high school and don't need me as much as before so that leaves me to look for a new challenge in life. I don't have any grandkids (*sigh) but have plenty of cats and a dog. My oldest from a previous marriage is getting married in December. I'm a go to the justice of the peace kind of person but if baby girl wants a fairy tale wedding, who am I to argue?

I started my Notary Signing Agent career in January 2022 after doing my research and training, gathering equipment needed to have a productive office and a mobile office. I still am researching on having a laser printer in my vehicle. 

I have completed over 400 real estate closings in the 2 years since I started, taking any signing agent job to gain experience and that would pay enough to cover my expenses and fuel. I'm at the point of where I am ready to take the next step and add more closings to my schedule, preferably from those that pay on a regular basis.

I enjoy going to new places, meeting new people. Seeing God's work every season.
