have been a Notary Signing Agent for over three years. I have completed
over 350 signings. I have experience in Refinances, Real Estate
Purchase and Sales, Auto Sales and Heloc, Debt Consolidations, and Class
Action Lawsuit Applications. I have been a licensed real estate broker
for over 17 years. I enjoy completing assignments and will go the extra
mile to scan and ship before shipping cut-off. I have never had my fees
reduced due to errors. I am very thorough, professional and truly enjoy
helping people. I am willing to take a ferry, plane or car to reach my
assignments. I use a portable scanner and can print from my mobile office. I have never cancelled an assignment. I am ready to work.
