I've successfully completed the Notary Licensing Classes of New York, NNA Notary Essentials, the Loan Signing System as well as the Sign and Thrive Loan Signing Agent Courses along with continuing education.

Since September 2020, I've successfully been the LSA for Refi's, Purchases, CEMA's, Loan Mod's, Seller's and Auto Refi's.

I give special attention to instructions and details to execute an error free signing. I take responsibility should there be an oversight on my part.
