My name is Altagracia Hiraldo , I am a Notary Signing Agent and Online notary in the state of Florida. I possess industry recognized certifications , extensive knowledge regarding loan documents, and some experience in completing loan signings. With this being said , I’ll be discussing my certifications , experience and knowledge as a Notary Signing Agent.

First off, my certifications include the NNA’s certification for Notary Signing Agents and the Loan Signing Systems’ certification for Notary  Signing Agents. (If your not familiar , with the Loan Signing Systems’ certification , it is a training program, created by a Signing Service owner , that is designed to train Notary Signing Agents. This training provides signing agents with extensive training on the most common real estate closings , teaches signing agents how to walk borrowers through loan documents, and teaches them ,what the most common errors are in loan signings.)

That said, my knowledge base as a signing agent consists of ,how to walk borrowers through loan documents , how to guide borrowers on how to fill out escrow forms and how to avoid making mistakes that could cause funding conditions. Common documents, I know how to walk borrowers through are the settlement statement , note , payment letter , and disclosures. Additionally, I know how to guide borrowers through escrow forms to ensure that they complete them properly. And lastly, I know the importance of double checking loan documents ,before leaving the closing table , to ensure that no signatures , dates or initials are missed because, I understand that if any of these elements are missed, they can cause  funding conditions.

Furthermore, my work experience has been in working with Signing Services, to complete loan signings. I have done sellers closings , loan modifications and a mortgage rider signing. However , I am trained to handle the five most common closings which are Purchases , Refinances , Sellers , Helocs, and Reverse Mortgages.
