Hello. Even though I'm new to being a Notary Public, my experience in the Real Estate Industry is vast. Prior to being an Account Executive for the Nation's #1 Wholesale Lender, I was a Loan Officer. In between, I designed and developed over 200 properties. Now as a Loan Signing Agent, the importance from knowing a simple Refi and the intricacies for a smooth signing in a True-Split Buy/Sell package are well understood. Properly executed documents in a timely manner is imperative.
