My goal is to make the Borrowers' signing more simple and less stressful, so they can look forward to completing their life chaning transactions. I provide a brief description of the document and point to where to sign. I've completed 50 signings, I'm detail oriented, reviewing the documents prior to signing and after the signings are complete, multiple times. My efforts will benefit you and your clients, ensuring all forms are complete, documents are stamped and signed, signatures and initials are all where required; then scanning and getting the package shipped on time. These are ALL priorities. I will take every effort not to make mistakes, but if I do I'll arrange to correct it immediately. I'm on time and dress professionally. I always sign and stamp in front of the Signers.

I understand the importance of communicating to keep you updated at each milestone, and contacting you if I have questions or need support. We will develop an effective working relationship.

I'm available for signings in North Carolina, in Durham and the surrounding cities. My certifications include NNA Essentials and the Loan Signing System. My E&O insurance is $1 million and background verified. I have a dual tray printer and can print according to directions provided.
