I love what I do so I guess it's not a job...lol. I love meeting new clients, I learn something new everyday. I have done refi's, buy, sell, reverse mortgages, loan mods, HELOCs, debt consolidations. I take pride in knowing I've helped someone achieve their goal. I live in a smaller rural/ag area, I want to make sure my clients have a great experience because I am usually the only face they see and I may run into them later on. I take pride in the fact I am driven and a measure twice cut once type on my paperwork. I am a VTO (Virtual Tax Office) franchisee & on my way to having my Loan Originator License.
