I have been a Mobile Notary since 1993. I have signed over 28,500 loan packages, which include reverse mortgages. I also am familiar with the many forms for Power Of Attorney, Living Trusts, and Wills. I offer excellent communication skills, written and oral; superior phone skills, proficient in taking directions, and work closely with both the lenders and their clients.

I am a full-time IA/SD, Insured/bonded, with E&O’s for $100,000.00. I am a Certified Signing Agent through NNA.  I have been trained in Digasign e-notarization methods and specialize in e-documents. I am presently a member of 123notary, NNA, Signing-Agent.com, and, now, a member of the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce, amongst other various networking areas.   I have met the requirements with the following companies: Fidelity National Title, First American Title, TICOR, CHASE, Bank of America, TIMIOS, TITLE SOURCE, Wells Fargo, ORT, Coast Hills, and Orange Coast Title, plus too many more to list, which means I can sign for them independently. My certification is through NNA, as so is my background check.  My hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.   The counties I cover consist of: Lockwood and  King City of Monterey County – North and South Counties, including all coast cities  of San Luis Obispo County, and North counties of Santa Barbara County.
