My name is Lucinda Blinn. I have over 20+ years in contract negotiations and am meticulous with my work. I started my own business as a Notary Loan Signing Agent in 2019.  I’m confident and feel very comfortable dealing with clients highest professionalism and business acumen. Yet, at the same time, sensitive to the needs of the clients.  

I have conducted over 350+ signings of various types.  Primarily loan signing and general notary work.   

I’m comfortable with facility signings (hospital, long-term care, etc.), prisons, and jails, taking utmost respect for each unique situation.  

I have extensive knowledge of transportation, logistics, and local offices (FedEx and UPS) and can hand deliver. As a result, I can make the latest cutoffs and ensure documents are sent on the same day. 

For example, drop off as late as 8 pm for certain states on the West Coast.  UPS, I know very well too. I am ensuring that documents after being signed, depending on the situation, have a high probability of shipping the same day, even after the typical “posted cutoff times.” 

I have customer and signing companies who have written me directly, thanking me for going above and beyond.

Due to my past background managing high-profile clients, I understand how to make every signer feel heard and comfortable with me to ensure their information is private, and I’m here to make their lives easier.
