Hello, My name is Lisa Teague. I am a newly certified Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent. I received my training through the NNA and LSS. I have had training on several types of loan documents. I am confident going into a signing knowing that I have the knowledge on how to help the signers through different documents such as a HELOC, a REVERSE MORTGAGE, VA LOANS, TRUST CERTIFICATIONS, GRANT DEEDS, QUIT CLAIM DEEDS and I have training filling out a P.C.O.R.
