I have been a Notary Public for 12 years and in 2020 I decided to add Signing Agent to my menu of services. I did my training with Notary2Pro, Carol Ray, owner, and am one of their Elite graduates, I am also NNA certified, and an active member. As to continue my education, in July 2020, I took the Loan Signing System training, this expanded my knowledge of documents. I continue to further my education by listening to TNT (Tuesday Notary Titans) phone calls and attend (virtually) Notary Symposium and the NNA yearly conference. I have been a LSA for over 2 years and have completed more than 1,000+ signings during that time, consisting of Refi’s (first and second), HELOC’s, loan applications, split signings, buyer side and seller side both in and out of real estate offices. I have also done Pavaso and Simplifile signings. I work with many Signing Services along with Amrock, Bancserv, First American Title, Old Republic Title, and ServiceLink. My background is in finance and I have worked for over 20 years in the role of assistant to Financial Planners. This work is very detailed and accuracy is a must as you are dealing with people's money. In this previous experience I have gained skills in customer service, attention to detail, and time management. I have always enjoyed working with the public and am very patient, and do not rush my signers. I work in Wayne, Washtenaw, and Oakland counties. Thank you for reviewing my profile.
