My name is Kenneth Nass. I have been a traveling mobile Notary Public in New York State since 1995. I enjoy meeting with people and helping them with important documents. I am not an attorney. I am not allowed to draft legal documents nor give advice as to the proper document to resolve a legal matter. My role as a notary is to verify identification and witness the signing of a document. I have witnessed the signing of thousands of documents. I have experience with first-time buyers, first, second and reverse residential mortgage refinances and HELOCs, powers of attorney, quit-claim deeds, wills and property releases. Commissioned by the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. I am a National Notary Association (NNA) certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA). I am a certified Notary by 123notary.com. I passed a background check in October 2023. I also carry Errors and Omissions insurance of $100,000. I specialize in mobile, traveling notary services and am prompt, courteous and patient. I offer a mobile service for folks that find it inconvenient or difficult to travel. I do not offer walk-in service but can arrange to meet you at a public site. I offer guaranteed service. If I improperly notarize a document, I will return to make necessary corrections at no additional charge. For electronic documents I have a high-speed internet connection and a dual-tray printer, as well as a scanner and copier.
