I'm in my first year, but I bring over 30 years of experience as an account executive for the phone company and a publisher of high school math books. For both companies I was rated high on customer service and attention to detail. If you contact me, I will get back to you as fast as I can. Obviously, if I am with a client I will finish with them first and then contact you. I have done over forty signings, including mortgage refi's, Home Equity Line of Credit and reverse mortgages. I have also done business acknowledgements, affidavits, powers of attorney and a couple of deeds. I can easily print large documents and I have a fast scanner to scan them back for review. I reallize that it is important for everyone to be fully aware of where I am in the process, to facilitate this I will keep everyone apprised of where I am and what the next steps are. Any special emails I send are done using an encrypted email server. My credentials include: NNA Certification E&O Insruance Bonded Federal and State background check Signing Agent Certification One thing, I am human and will make mistakes. When I am aware of a mistake I will take immediate steps to correct them.
