Thank you for considering me to manage the great responsibility of executing your loan signings.  Here's what you can expect of me if chosen to manage your closings. Your documents will be scanned at the table immediately after the signing. As soon as approval is given, your documents will be delivered to the closest courier so that they are shipped and received as quickly as possible. My goal is to prevent the numerous phone calls you receive from the Lender, Realtor and Signer asking funding questions. I will contact the signer ASAP to confirm the appointment. I will read the instructions, study, and prepare the documents to deliver a precisely executed signing. I will adhere to Florida Notary State Law and the National Notary Association Best Practices. I will represent your company with professionalism, tact, grace and honor the signer. I will make myself available Yesterday in the rare even corrections are required as my personal responsibility ends when the signing has been accepted by the Lender and Title. Here’s a list of assets I’ll use to complete your signings: Desktop Computer, Home Printer, Laptop, Mobile Printer, Mobile Scanner, National Notary Association Membership, Notary Stars Signing Support Line. Your signers need to be treated with the highest level of care. Your client needs to feel confident that the signing will be precisely executed.
