I am a retired real estate broker and have closed more than 5,000 transactions during the prior ten years as a signing agent. I am familiar with all types of real estate financial documents including residential and commercial, annuity assignments, and trusts. I am certified as an e-Notary and utilize the DocVerify platform for e-signings. My MS Degree is in legal studies (MLS;) I graduated from the College of Law at ASU. My service region includes the communities in and near Prescott and Flagstaff, and everything in between such as Sedona, AZ. I speak English and Spanish.
