I am extremely detail oriented. I understand how to properly fill out the Notice of Right to Cancel and Patriot Act Form.

I have experience with Refinances, HELOC, and Seller Packages. I understand it is important to have a positive attitude when rectifying a mistake or miscommunication.

I understand how time sensitive the rate locks are and understand the importance of documents being properly executed. I always drop off at FEDEX or UPS ASAP

I make sure to clearly stamp a document within the margins on the page so it will not be rejected from the recorders office.

I always dress professionally because I understand that I am an extension of your client. I have been in the property management industry for 10 years and have real life customer service experience. 

I pride myself on having great communication skills and understand how important it is to keep the client updated with key details about the signing appointment.
